GDPR announcement

Performing the duties of the personal data administrator specified in art. 13 and 14 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the transfer of such data, and revoking Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: “General Regulation on data protection” or “GDPR “) (EU Journal of Laws L 119 of 04/05/2016), we would like to inform you that the Society of Friends of Kraków History and Heritage (hereinafter “SFKHH”) has prepared the following information for the persons whose data it processed by the SFKHH. The purpose of this announcement is to enable you and your employees to exercise the rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. in particular the right to access data, the right to correct data, delete data and other rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.

This announcement does not impose any additional obligations on you. In terms of personal data indicated by you for contacts with the SFKHH, we only ask you to inform these persons about the content of the announcement or refer these persons to this website.

Information on the processing of personal data by the Society of Friends of Kraków History and Heritage

In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the transfer of such data, and revoking Directive 95/46 / EC, EU Journal of Laws, L 119/1 of 4 May 2016 (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation), the Society of Friends of Kraków History and Heritage, as the Administrator of personal data of natural persons (who provided the SFKHH with such data), would like to announce the following information.

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  • Implementing Europa Nostra Heritage Hub for Central and Eastern Europe in Kraków project, based on:

-contracts in the case of employed experts – Art. 6 section 1 point b) GDPR,

-voluntarily expressed consent in the case of respondents and entities participating in recruitment, tenders, etc. based on the submission of personal questionnaires and forms – Art. 6 section 1 point a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  • newsletter subscription,
  • concluding contracts for commissioning a service or for the performance of a work, pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 point b) of the General Data Protection Regulation,
  • performing legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point c) of the General Data Protection Regulation for tax and accounting purposes,
  • pursuing legitimate interests by the Administrator, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e.: (I) for the purpose of marketing the Administrator’s own services and products, (II) to establish, defend and pursue claims, (III) for the purpose of compiling reports, analyses and statistics for the Administrator’s internal purposes, which include reporting, marketing research, service development planning, creating statistical models, (IV) for administrative purposes, as well as to ensure network and information security.

3. The recipients of your personal data are:

  • entities supporting the payment and processing of contracts, such as: maintenance of devices and products used to implement the Contract, processing of invoices, support for contact platforms, entities providing postal and courier services,
  • entities providing advisory, consulting, auditing, legal, tax and accounting services to the Administrator.

4. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the Contract, and in the scope related to defense or pursuing claims, and only within the prescription period of such claims. The Administrator may store personal data longer, but this will only be for legitimate reasons, if the law allows such storage.

5. Every person has the right, in relation to their personal data, as specified by the GDPR or other legal provisions and with exceptions resulting therefrom, to the following actions:

  • request that the Administrator provides them access to their stored personal data,
  • request that the Administrator corrects their personal data,
  • request that personal data processed or stored without reasonable cause is deleted,
  • request that data processing is limited,
  • object to the processing of personal data,
  • transfer data within the scope specified in Art. 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation,
  • submit a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if it is found that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on data protection.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
